VISUAL COMMUNICATION SOLUTIONS for the SOCIAL DISTANCING AGE

The Coronavirus / COVID-19 pandemic has turned our world on its head. This is a very serious situation that we’re approaching with the utmost caution, but we recognize that there is still a massive need for organizations to communicate with their audiences - perhaps now more than ever. Video is one of the most powerful tools you can leverage, and we are here to answer the call.

CONTENT CONSULTATION

Your production, our expertise. Torch directors, writers, and technical specialists can help you get the most out of your recording or live stream through a series of one-on-one video calls before - or during - your production. Whether you’re looking for concept development or just help setting up your webcam, we’re here for you.

CREATING WITHOUT CAMERAS

There’s a lot we can create without ever pressing record. By utilizing motion graphics, stock footage, and existing assets you own, we can create beautiful new content to effectively communicate your message.

REMOTE LIVE STREAMING

Zoom calls are great, but managing the technical side while presenting to a group of important people can be overwhelming. Let us boost your production value by adding graphics, incorporating pre-produced assets, switching between speakers, and incorporating audience feedback - all from a safe, remote distance.

SOCIALLY DISTANT PRODUCTION

By utilizing minimalist crews, remote workflows, and sanitization procedures, we can safely execute on-location production, ensuring that local, state, and federal guidelines are adhered to.

Any time of great pain is a time of transformation, a fertile time to plant new seeds.

SAFETY FIRST (AND THIRD)

We understand the gravity of the COVID-19 situation and are approaching it with the seriousness it deserves. We've taken the following precautions to mitigate risk while still serving our clients and community by delivering effective visual communication:

  1. Adopting a 100% remote workflow for Pre-Production and Post-Production.

  2. Modifying our Production process to maintain separation between the on-camera talent, crew, and client.

  3. Sanitizing our equipment before arriving, and then again after setup, prior to the on-camera talent walking on-set.

  4. Encouraging and enforcing social distancing guidelines on sets and in our lives.

  5. Increasing paid sick leave for employees–and unquestioningly encouraging its use.

  6. Closely monitoring ourselves and our team for symptoms.

We can never truly separate risk from life, but we hope that by taking these intentional, proactive measures, we can continue to help you achieve your goals and further your mission.
